Barack Obama's victory tweet was the most retweeted tweet ever with more than 800K retweets.
My #MentalHealth has been slipping, I haven't been able to stop the spiral. I am taking a break from #ADHD meds in an effort to improve my sleep, and from social media to hopefully increase my peace. I'll be back, I just have some work to do on myself.
Computer shopping on a day when I forget to take my #ADHD & #OCD meds is a FFFUUU—rustrating task. Well, I did eventually take my med for OCD; but unless I want to ruin the work & sacrifice I made cultivating a normal sleep/wake routine... which I don't. I'll try again tomorrow! https://t.co/hOnK3NsWjr

This is fascinating because with #ADHD, the decision maker in my brain is quite literally broken. I often left decisions until the last possible moment or until all choices but one were eliminated. I didn't even know I was doing it until I was in my 30s. https://t.co/vE3jhY0zMM

@anika_lia I have #adhd. It makes the #dclinpsy journey different to the norm at the best of times. There's a sense that not fitting with the norm or mainstream makes it complicated. But, I'm beginning to like my quirks; it makes me, me. So, don't stress, #reflect!
