@drthema Perfectionism can be very harmful. The vast majority of time, "good enough" is "good enough". The amount of extra work required to go from say 80-90% (good enough) to 100% (perfectionism) isn't worth it.
@drthema Must be a sign 🤔 second imperfection post I see today and still resonates with me.
My OCD for perfection makes me work 24/7 with unrealistic deadlines... And it only reinforces bad mental health.
