@TIME If all police were taken off the streets of Oakland, where I live and where homicides are now skyrocketing, it would be all out warfare, which is not far from what is already happening! Now the criminals all have automatic weapons!

@TIME "Reallocation of Police Funding". Stop making every societal woe a Police Action. Not everything require an ARMED response (ie., someone drowning). Ineptness, Incompetence, Brutality just doesn't seem to work for the public anymore, and are bankrupting communities.
